Are all your perfumes 100% authentic?

Yes, absolutely. Every single bottle we sell is genuine and sourced directly from authorised distributors. We do not stock testers, decants, or replicas.

How long does delivery take?

Accra deliveries typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Other regions take 2–4 business days. Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day.

Can I return a perfume?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the bottle is unopened and in its original packaging. Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return.

How do I place an order?

You can order directly through our website by adding products to your cart and checking out. Alternatively, you can place an order via WhatsApp by messaging us on +233 26 771 4526.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer premium gift wrapping on request. Simply mention it in your order notes or send us a WhatsApp message and we will wrap your order beautifully at no extra charge.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, and all major debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

Can I get a sample before buying?

We currently do not offer samples, but our product descriptions and fragrance notes are carefully written to help you make the right choice. You can also reach us on WhatsApp for personalised recommendations.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes, we restock regularly. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when a product is back in stock.
