Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original sealed packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Items purchased during a flash sale or with a promotional discount are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp at +233 26 771 4526 within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and a return address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
